What you’ll do - Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Develop innovative curriculum & deliver exceptional, engaging learning experiences.

Provide personalized support and mentorship to students, working one-on-one or in small groups with students. Build strong student relationships and oversee an active student community.

Communicate consistently and frequently with parents about students' goals and progress, take in feedback and address any questions or concerns directly, positively and in a timely manner.

Collaborate with fellow instructors to improve curriculum and provide support on other departmental projects.

Sufficient teaching experience, online teaching experience is a plus.

Strong work ethic and fast learner who enjoys horizontal culture of collaboration.

Full-time commitment is required. Aside from teaching, the full-time position will also involve extensive lesson planning, curriculum development contributions, and general contributions to company growth.

You’ll intuitively understand how to market JA’s unique value proposition with maximum impact across all mediums.

Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content across various platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and more. Develop and implement creative marketing content and campaigns that deliver results.

Social Media & Community Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts, develop social media campaigns and engage with the online community. lead a robust and active JA community for parents and students.

Market Research: Deeply understand JA, the market and engage with our entire community. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis. gather feedback from customers and leads to gain insights and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers, industry organizations, and educational institutions to extend the reach of the JA.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant tools and provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Effectively use automated workflows, to nurture leads and enhance customer retention, increase web traffic and brand visibility.
Who you are - The Ideal Candidate:

Proven consumer marketing experience developing both strategy and content that deliver results targeted at North American & Chinese markets.

You’re extremely sharp and equally capable of strategic and systems thinking as well as detailed execution. There is no detail too small that escapes you & you have very high standards of quality.

Creative and authentic storyteller with exceptional writing, editing, and design skills who is tech savvy and up to date with all the latest marketing technologies.

Passion for education, JA values and vision with an entrepreneurial spirit. Very fast learner and flexible/adaptable.

Proficient speaking / writing in BOTH Chinese and English (required).

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
